Short Term Rental Turnover & Masters Golf Tournament Cleaning

Renting your property out for the Masters Tournament is no small task. You have to go through every space in the home to remove clutter and depersonalize the room. You have to ensure the landscaping and lawn maintenance has been updated and fully cared for. Then there is the obvious, cleaning! Not only does the home need to be cleaned prior to your guest's arrival but daily maintenance care is expected as well. Here at Augusta Housekeeping we can help lighten the load and free you up to take it easy that week. Our package includes helping make the proper preparations and cleaning the week prior, daily straightening and cleaning and then a day after service as well to clean up after the guests and restore order to your home. The following will outline the specifics of these services.

Week Prior Preparations
​All Rooms

• Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
• General dusting throughout the house
• Dust and polish cabinets and furniture
  
• ​Dust window sills

• Clean pictures, wall hangings, lamps
• Wipe down mirrors, glass doors and windows
• Remove cobwebs and spiderwebs
• Dispose of all trash and wastebaskets

Kitchen

• Wipe down and polish counter tops and back splashes
• Sanitize sink and faucet
• Dust or polish tables and chairs ​

• Wipe down kitchen appliances and range
• Clean the inside of the microwave

Bathrooms

• Wipe down and disinfect toilets inside and out​
• Shine and clean fixtures

• Remove any debris from all surfaces
• Spray, sanitize and rinse sinks, tiles, tubs and showers

Daily Housekeeping
Please speak with our staff if there is a service you would like that is not listed. We are happy to accommodate accordingly

• Make the beds
• Vacuum or sweep
• Spot mop as needed
• Wipe down surfaces in kitchen and living room as needed
• Clean bathrooms
• Change towels
• Move all dirty dishes in the house to dishwasher
• Laundry service can be done upon request

Day After Cleaning
​These services can be customized to include any combination of the previous lists. Please speak with our staff for a breakdown of these options. The following will always be included

• Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
• Dust and wipe down cabinets, counter tops and surfaces in the kitchen, dining room, living room, bedrooms and throughout the house.
• Clean bathrooms toilets, vanities, showers and tubs
• Move all dishes to the dishwasher
