Residential Home Cleaning

As mentioned on our home page, we offer a variety of different residential services. If you are in need of frequent service to maintain a standard level of care we recommend you take a look at our standard maintenance subscription services. If you need a thorough one time or less frequent cleaning that reaches all of those nooks and crannies, which are often overlooked, we have the deep cleaning option. The frequency is up to you but can be performed monthly, quarterly or as needed. Lastly, there is the move in / move out cleaning options. The following services will outline for you the various services included with each option we offer. Substitutions may be made upon request. We have done our best to lay out a comprehensive list of all of our services. However, we are always open to customizing our programs to better suit you, your home and family's needs. If there is a service you would like that is not listed please mention it to our staff. We will be happy to accommodate accordingly. ​

Standard Maintenance
​These visits can be scheduled as frequently or infrequently as desired. Subscriptions for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly service plans are offered at discounted rates and have deep cleaning bundled in.

​All Rooms

• Vacuum, sweep and mop all floors
• General dry dusting throughout the house touching every surface
• Dust and polish cabinets and furniture
• ​Dust window sills

• Clean pictures, wall hangings, lamps
• Wipe down mirrors, glass doors and windows
• Remove cobwebs and spiderwebs
• Dispose of all trash and wastebaskets

Kitchen

• Wipe down and polish counter tops and back splashes
• Sanitize sink and faucet
• Dust or polish tables and chairs ​

• Wipe down kitchen appliances and range
• Clean the inside of the microwave

Bathrooms

• Wipe down and disinfect toilets inside and out
• Spray, sanitize and rinse sinks, tiles, tubs and showers

• Remove any debris from all surfaces
• Shine and clean fixtures

Deep Cleaning
​Includes everything previously listed plus:

• ​Clean inside window sills
• Wet dust blinds
• Wet dust or scrub baseboards as needed​
• Clean doors and door frames
• Clean moldings and woodwork
• Wet dust fans and light fixtures
• Degrease and clean kitchen appliances
• Scrub tiles and shower glass to remove all build up
• Pictures and trinkets dusted on shelves and furniture

Move In / Move Out Cleaning
​Includes everything previously listed plus:

• Thorough dust removal from all surfaces (walls, ceilings, baseboards, and light fixtures)
• Removing debris left from previous occupants
• Cleaning inside cabinets, drawers, and closets
• Vacuuming air vents
