My name is Jennifer Dorn, and in the summer of 2024 I launched Augusta Housekeeping LLC with a simple but life-changing vision: to change the trajectory of my family’s future, create a workplace where employees can thrive, and serve the greater community of the CSRA with excellence.
What began as a personal step of faith quickly grew into something larger than myself. Together with my husband Garrett, our two wonderfully wild children, and an incredible team we have celebrated one year of growth, hard work, and countless homes and businesses cared for with integrity.
From the start, I wanted Augusta Housekeeping to be more than just a cleaning service. I wanted it to be a place where team members could earn a living wage, feel respected, and find opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. I believe that when people are valued, they bring their best selves to their work – and that makes all the difference.
At the heart of everything we do is our mission: to serve others, work hard, have fun, and clean with excellence. This guides how we treat our team, how we care for our clients, and how we show up in our community.We are here to build trust, and make a positive impact in every space we enter.
